Complementing our core capabilities is the Quadratek suite of professional services. Available as part of your full Quadratek support package or as stand-alone services when you need them, your choice of professional services include:
Project management – a complete start-to-finish project management service provided by experienced people who understand technology, budgets and deadlines. We’ll work closely with you to understand your requirements and provide the technical, non-technical and project support assistance you need
Due diligence testing – at Quadratek, we’ll help take the risk out of any relocation or acquisition your business undertakes with a full IT infrastructure test before you sign any contracts
Documentation – an as-installed PDF document, detailing full testing of any new fibre optic or structured cabling network. We can also provide:
- building CAD drawings with cabling routes and outlet positions clearly marked
- cabinet CAD drawings depicting fibre optic and/or structured cabling solutions
Cabinet rationalisation and maintenance – by increasing rack density in your cabinets through product replacement and efficiency measures, we’ll help you reduce your data centre and/or IT estate costs. We can also prepare a full patching schedule report for each cabinet and overhaul existing patching. The result? A cleaner, clearer infrastructure, easier fault-finding and a more efficient network
Wi-Fi coverage surveys – to give your business the best Wi-Fi coverage possible, we will conduct a test, issue a report on our findings and improve coverage where possible by siting the most appropriate wireless enabled hardware
PoE (Power over Ethernet) testing – this ensures your VoIP (Voice over IP) and other devices will function at the correct voltage. We can test all – or a percentage of – your locations and provide a report and action plan if necessary. If you’re planning a new installation or upgrading an existing one, let Quadratek give you the peace of mind our PoE testing provides
Fibre only testing – for third-party validation of an existing network. We can carry out tests to fault-find and rectify prior to using your network to safeguard your investment and provide reassurance
Fibre only termination – where existing contractors have pulled the fibres, we’ll provide you with a specialist termination service.
