Structured Network Cabling

From survey and design, through installation to testing and containment, Quadratek provides a full structured network cabling capability

Structured network cabling

Category 5e/6/6a and 7, flood wiring in multi-floor buildings, Government and MoD work - these are just a few of the structured cabling capabilities we provide at Quadratek.  Meeting all British and European standards, we provide and install LS0H (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) cabling as standard.

Extensively trained in all the major cable manufacturers’ systems, our project managers will recommend the ideal product for your project.  Alternatively, we are happy to work with your preferred manufacturer, should you have one.  Either way, we’ll complete comprehensive surveys and prepare a network design and quotation for your approval before we start work.

As with fibre optic networking, we can offer pre-terminated and tested looms for installation by our skilled cabling engineers or your own network team.

Structured network cabling testing

Structured cabling testing

We conduct quality and reliability testing to ISO 11801, EN50173 and TIA/EIA 568B standards, using the latest Level III cable analyser.  This enables us to provide a 25-year product and applications warranty on many manufacturers’ systems providing test results for your records.

Structured cabling containment

Quadratek can provide a flexible, future proof containment solution as part of your structured cabling solution. Whether you require an open basket, fully contained PVC or galvanised steel trunking system, we will install a containment infrastructure bespoke to your needs.

JSP 604 standard. As standard

As a trusted supplier to government departments, including the MoD, Quadratek is fully conversant with JSP 604, which places stringent demands on installation practice between outlet and cabinet location. As a matter of course, we adhere to these standards for all our clients, large and small.
